  • We ship worldwide
  • We use a signed-for delivery service for UK and Europe customers so someone will need to be in to accept your delivery. If there is no one in to sign for the delivery a card will be left where you can arrange re-delivery or to collect from the depot
  • We recommend using your work address or an address where someone will be at home to sign for your package
  • Free delivery for all UK standard orders to the value of £90 and over
  • We normally aim to dispatch your order within 3 working days, so expect delivery within 5 working days, if you live overseas this may take longer
  • Please note at busy times it may take longer to dispatch items
  • We only charge you for postage once per order, no matter how many parcels we send to you, however If you require one order to go to more than one address there will be a postal charge for each address.
  • There are no deliveries on Bank Holidays and weekends
  • Orders placed on weekends or Bank holidays will arrive the second working day
  • Please note that some items shown as out of stock on our website; may be available at our vendor's warehouse outside of Allevon Lingerie in which case delivery times will be 1-10 days and longer if you are overseas
  • On rare occasions deliveries can be delayed or not received due to reasons out of our control, therefore Allevon Lingerie will not be held responsible for any costs, damages or loses

Customs:

When ordering goods from Allevon Lingerie for delivery overseas the recipient may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches the specified destination. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you should contact the local customs office for further information. Additionally, please note that when ordering from Allevon the recipient is considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which the goods are received. Your privacy is important to us and we know that you care about how information about your order is used and shared. We would like our international customers to be aware that cross-border deliveries are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.

It is a legal requirement that we declare the full value of the goods (not including shipping charges) on all packages destined outside the European Union

Refunds: 

Please note: Upon receipt of your goods it can take up to 2 weeks for funds to credit your account. Please send all returns to: (Allevon Lingerie, Suite 6589, 13 Freeland Park, Wareham Road, Poole, Dorset, BH16 6FH).

Please note that refunds do not include shipping/postal fee, you will only be refunded the cost of the item unless the item you have received is faulty.

We do not accept returns/exchanges for the following:

  • Shape Wear that has been worn/stretched 
  • Briefs and thongs
  • Items that have been worn or washed
  • Items with missing labels/tags
  • Items not returned in its original packaging 

Returns: 

We hope you are happy with your purchase however in cases where you are not 100% happy with your order Allevon are happy to refund or exchange items with all labels intact within 14 days of them being delivered to your chosen delivery address. 

Please note: for returns and exchanges worldwide, Allevon will not be responsible for payment unless the item you have received is faulty. In this case please contcat us immediately. Allevon will also not be responsible for returns that do not reach us and therefore will not provide exchanges or refunds in this case.

  4. Please keep proof of postage
  5. It is advisable to use a traceable method of shipping

If you are retuning goods from overseas please mark your package clearly as RETURNED GOODS, this avoids delays at customs.
